Choose the method that works best for you. Whether you use D17, an e-Dinar card, a postal mandate or an international money-transfer service, follow the steps below to send your donation securely.
Always verify the recipient details and the transaction fee before confirming. Once you have sent your donation, notify Hasana privately so our team can confirm that it has arrived.
Safety rules
- Transfer details only come from Hasana's official WhatsApp.
- Hasana never asks you to pay Hasana. No fees, no commission.
- Quote the case code for every request.
- Send proof privately with the case code and amount. Hide card digits.
Confirm your donation with Hasana
- Keep the transaction receipt or confirmation.
- Send the necessary proof privately through Hasana's designated contact.
- Include the relevant case code if one has been provided.
- Hide unnecessary card digits and personal or financial information.
- Hasana verifies receipt with the beneficiary and informs you of the outcome.
Never send your D17 access code, card PIN or authentication code to Hasana.
From Tunisia
Check the current fee and transaction limit with the provider/agent before confirming.
D17 - Direct money transfer
- Open D17 and sign in.
- Choose money transfer.
- Enter recipient details as requested.
- Enter amount and review fee.
- Authenticate and confirm.
- Send proof to Hasana privately.
Getting started with D17 and e-Dinar
Follow the official app instructions. Ask at La Poste for Wallet e-Dinar if needed.
IZI
- Open IZI app.
- Send money by phone number or QR.
- Verify details and fee.
- Confirm and send proof to Hasana.
e-DINAR SMART
- Visit La Poste (counter or ATM if available).
- Request recharge for the card.
- Confirm fee and limit.
- Keep receipt and send proof to Hasana.
Postal Mandat
- Go to La Poste and request Mandat.
- Provide details and amount.
- Keep receipt and code.
- Share securely as advised, send proof to Hasana.
Wafacash
- Visit a Wafacash agency.
- Ask for current domestic transfer service.
- Confirm fee/limit before paying.
- Keep receipt and send proof to Hasana.
Bank transfer to RIB
- Get verified RIB from Hasana.
- Transfer with case code as reference.
- Send transfer advice privately to Hasana.
From abroad
Use official provider channels. Confirm fees and availability for your country.
MoneyGram
- Send via moneygram.com or agent.
- Select Tunisia.
- Keep 8-digit reference and send to Hasana with case code.
Western Union
- Send via westernunion.com or agent.
- Keep 10-digit MTCN and send to Hasana with case code.
